At Merch Traffic, we appreciate every customer. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and therefore we will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, unaltered item(s) for a refund or exchange within 45 calendar days of the delivery date.
The following guidelines apply:
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
- Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- Altered apparel, special orders, print-on-demand, cloth face mask coverings, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and items identified as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We are happy to honor requests for a price adjustment if your merchandise was purchased at a regular price and then reduced within 2 business days of purchase.
- Refunds will not include shipping and handling nor any applicable duties and taxes are once an item has shipped.
- Refunds must be processed to the original form of payment or store credit if applicable.
- If your item is damaged or defective please email our customer service team to begin your return process.
- To expedite this process please include your order number and pictures detailing the damages or defect of your item(s) and the packaging it arrived in.
- Please do not return broken glass or other sharp items that could cause injury.
- Merch Traffic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
- Once your return is received, please allow 10 to 14 business days for processing.
