- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your merchandise.
- Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, undamaged, and saleable.
- Ensure items have their original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- Altered apparel, special orders, print-on-demand items, cloth face mask coverings, perishable items, personalized/monogrammed items, and those labeled as "final sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
- We're happy to honor requests for a price adjustment if your merchandise was purchased at a regular price and then reduced within 2 business days of the original purchase.
- Refunds will not include shipping and handling fees or any applicable duties and taxes once an item has shipped.
- Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment or as store credit if applicable.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item is damaged or defective, please email our customer service team to initiate the return process.
- Include your order number and pictures detailing the damages or defects, along with the packaging it arrived in.
- Please do not return broken glass or other sharp items that could cause injury.
- Merch Traffic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
- Once your return is received, please allow 10 to 14 business days for processing.
